Because our products are made from plush fabrics, fiber filling, foam, and other soft materials, slight variations in color, texture, firmness, dimensions, or overall appearance may occur.

Products that are compressed for shipping may require 24–48 hours after unpacking to fully regain their intended shape.

These normal variations and temporary changes caused by shipping compression are not considered product defects.

Orders that have not yet entered processing can usually be canceled.
