We are delighted to offer FREE worldwide shipping! Please be aware that we require an average of 3 to 5 working days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as swiftly as we can. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your country or region. Please consider that holidays, natural disaster s, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

All our orders are shipped from the United States.

Shipping Times:

• Standard Shipping Times: 1-3 weeks
• Fast Shipping Times: 1-2 weeks Please note that while most areas receive their orders promptly, some distant locations may experience slightly longer delivery times. The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the shipment date, taking into account transit time. Delays may occur due to incorrect shipping addresses, adverse weather conditions, strict customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Import duties, additional charges, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.

Processing Times: Order processing may take up to 1-4 business days*. This includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. Following these procedures, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Order Payment: All customers are charged at the time of purchase, and all payments are in USD.

Separate Shipments: To expedite delivery, when ordering multiple items simultaneously, they may be shipped separately. Due to warehouse locations and product availability in the US warehouse, items may be sent in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next, and multiple tracking numbers will be provided in such cases.

Order Cancellation and Change Request: We accept a 12-hour notice for order cancellations or changes, such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Contact us at support@snugpaws.shop. Requests received after 12 hours will not be accepted, as we process orders immediately. Changes cannot be made once processed. If cancellation is possible after 12 hours, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.

How to Track Orders: We provide tracking numbers for all orders. If you want a tracking number, please email at    support@snugpaws.shop with the subject ''Tracking Number.'' It may take 2-3 business days after shipment for tracking information to become available online.
